History

The Wonder Spokane Building is a 112,000 SF mixed use office/retail project in Spokane’s North Bank neighborhood. The building was originally built in 1909 and used as Wonder Bread’s bakery for almost 100 years. Rennovations completed in 2019 converted the building into a state-of-the-art center for community retail, shopping, and high-end office spaces. The North Bank neighborhood has evolved around the Wonder Building, now housing new residential, retial, office, and The Spokane Arena. Spokane Falls Tower is set to complete construction in 2026, releasing 45 new luxury condos
to the market
